My stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel And Conference Center had its ups and downs. The conference center was impressive, with great food options and clean rooms, making it a solid choice for events. However, the hotel accommodations felt outdated and somewhat poorly maintained, and I encountered some service issues, particularly with billing. Overall, while not perfect, the friendly staff and great breakfast left a positive mark on my experience.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, but they felt a bit dated despite some low-level upgrades. I also missed having a microwave in my room.
Service

While some staff were friendly, I had a concerning experience with the management regarding billing issues that were brushed off. It dampened the overall impression.

My stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center was fantastic, with great service and a central location. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering plenty of delicious options to fuel my day. However, the lack of late dining options was a bit inconvenient for evening plans.
Rooms
10.0
The Queen room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with practical amenities like a mini-fridge. I appreciated the pump hand soap by the sink instead of a bar of soap, which really added a thoughtful touch.
Service

The service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued as the staff, especially Kishma, provided personalized attention that truly enhanced my experience. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay nice.

The hotel's location in Midtown is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from great restaurants and attractions. I loved being so close to everything I wanted to do in Atlanta.
Dining

The breakfast buffet was extensive, with options made to order by an executive chef. I highly recommend not skipping it—it's a great way to start your day! The only downside was that I found the food could be better if served warmer right when the buffet opens.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel features an indoor heated pool, which is a fantastic option for leisure, especially with Atlanta's climate. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

I had a pretty good stay overall. The staff was super accommodating and really made me feel welcome, which was a highlight. The location is perfect, close to everything I wanted to check out, but I did run into a couple of hiccups with room cleanliness and a bit of noise. Still, I found value in the stay and would consider returning.

The Georgia Tech Hotel is super conveniently located right near the campus and a bunch of restaurants, but I had some major issues during my stay. The bathtub in my original room was rusty, and even though I asked to switch rooms, there were no options available, which was a huge letdown. The staff did try to accommodate me after the fact, but overall, the management really needs to focus on maintenance and improvements for a better experience.
